COVID-19 Protocols
The safety and security of our customers and employees are top priorities for Avalon Freight Services and we have taken several precautions to protect against the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure operations will continue as normally as possible.
All employees, patrons and worksite visitors are required to wear a cloth face covering in accordance with the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health Order, Reopening Safer At Work And In The Community For Control of COVID-19, revised August 12, 2020.
As part of our routine sanitizing procedures, we are using stronger disinfectants with high touch areas being cleaned frequently throughout the day. Hand Sanitizer is available in the offices and warehouses for employee and visitor use.
We will continue to monitor information sources such as the state of California, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Cal/OSHA, the California Department of Public Health and the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health for updated guidance relating to COVID-19.
